Add a hooded splash jacket if its windy, which is usually the case, and a wool beret. In a dry bag I carry a medium weight fleece top and bottom, warm socks and hat plus a Thermo-Lite bivy bag in case things get entirely out of hand. I have rarely opened the bag...
